Chocolate Covered Strawberries!!
Stop by Thoreau’s Garden for some lovely blooming plants, cut flower bouquets, and their Valentine’s Day special: Organic chocolate-covered strawberries! They have two options available:
12 chocolate-covered strawberries arranged in a reusable mug, or
7 chocolate-covered strawberries in a box.
You can pick your order up in our shop before or on Valentine's at 520 E Terhune St. Viroqua WI. Our hours are Mon. Wed. Fri. and Sat. 10am-4pm. They also have delivery available, in town delivery is 7$, out of town 12$. The deadline for preorder is Feb. 8th. Thank you for the love you share!
Wool Rovings
For the spinner or felter in your life… sumptuous, soft, clean wool! Wholesome Harvest’s wool rovings come in a variety of colors from blacks, browns and naturals, to brightly dyed pops of color. Read care instructions to learn proper washing and handling techniquest a well as what projects rovings are best suited for: Spinning, needle felting, or wet felting There is even a Felting Fun Pack, great for needle felting animals or sampling different breed fleeces!
Summer Vegetable CSA
Sign a loved one up to receive local, organic, delicious produce all summer long (20 weeks, from early June-late October). We offer two sizes of CSA boxes: small or large — and two schedules: weekly or every other week, your choice. We also offer monthly payment plans for anyone who wants to plan to receive a CSA in the summer but would prefer to pay in monthly installments. CSA is a great way to eat seasonally, have a consistent supply of fresh veg, and support our small farm.

The Mainspring Community Cookbook is a locally-produced cookbook featuring over 160 treasured recipes from the Driftless Region. From family recipes for Norwegian rommegrot, to chef-driven venison sausage, to fan-favorite muffins from a local apple orchard, the collection of recipes is a true celebration of local heritage. The cookbook also features commissioned recipes from Indigenous Chef Elena Terry of the Hocak Nation. ($20 per cookbook)
