Cork Hollow Cattle Company

We provide beef products to families throughout the tri-state area. All beef is sold to the customer prior to processing and is available year around. We are a 3rd generation cow/calf operation and our beef genetics are known for producing calves that are quiet and content. Our farm is "certified" by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture as a "Water Quality Certified Farm." We take pride in producing a supreme product while not only sustaining the environment but improving it through our rotational grazing system, nutrient management, and no till cropping system that utilizes cover crops.
