Fiddlehead Knob is a small, fourth-generation family farmstead in LeRoy, MN that practices sustainable growing and harvesting methods. We specialize in growing gourmet and medicinal mushrooms such as shiitake & reishi mushrooms. We're also certified by the Minnesota Mycological Society to forage & sell certain mushroom varieties as seasonally available.
